Here are some pictures of the B&K Billet mirror that I just put in. The one I picked up was the black anodized version. The size is exactly the same as my helper indicates in the photos ;)

Removed the old screw in version and replaced with the B&K Billet mirror which is really high quality. The adjustments with the regular windshield pad was just about at the limit for adjusting it but works out perfect when I check. B&K has a more angular mount of you want the adjustment back towards the middle of the range.

Here are the part numbers I used -

The parts were the RVM250 Mount In black, and Mirror MH200T in black on the invoice. With S/H and tax came to $61.26. You will need some windshield adhesive from your local parts store to complete the job.

Do you want to get rid of that rotten old mirror? It would go well with my broke down modified 67. PM me.

I am going to hold on to it for now. I think at some point it might be a fix it up project just to have a nice one that was original in the car.
