Howcome when I logged on this afternoon (aussie time) there was someone browsing a section under events where nothing had ever been posted? Maybe a MG owner was looking?

Intelligence has several meanings. Forum users, Sunbeam owners and other brain? equipped guests of the Forum do not view empty Forums for long.

But I also see the "one viewing" message frequently on empty Forums. Those are probably browsers without brains. Googlebots, Yahoo webcrawlers, and other tireless spies updating the search engines of world.

Some of these searchers also harvest e-mail addresses and other information that can be crossed with other data to develop profiles and enable targeted marketing. (Registered Forum users are only exposing their "user name" to these and other visitors.) All information posted in the Forums is public and searched. Keep that in mind when you post. Reserve confidential or contact information to PM (private message) contacts with other registered users.
