July 26th Central Coast Brit Car Club Show

Located at Channel Island Harbor by the water in Ventura. This is one of the most pleasant car shows I went to last summer. Great location on grass with shade by the ocean and some great cars. This year the featured marque is the Mini due to it's 50th anniversary.

Sunday July 26 This year they are celebrating 50 years of the Mini!

2001 featured Marque = Sunbeam

Wonderful day it was in Ventura. Lots of great cars and a pipe band. We had three Tigers and a V6 converted Alpine on hand. CAT members Colin and Ann Hook won the British performance class with their Mk1 Tiger equipped with a great chrome fan shroud and water tank. They beat out 2 other Tigers, an Astin Martin, an AC Bristol, and a very nice Cobra that took second.

In the MINI class CAT member Bill Rogers took 3rd. MINI was the featured marque at this years show.
