It is with great sadness that we have learned that long-time Tiger enthusiast and friend Bud Williams has passed away. For years, Bud generously made his personal workshop, tools and car collection available for C.A.T meetings, swap meets, fix-ins and annual elections. It became as close to an unofficial “clubhouse” as anywhere else members gathered.
Bud was also a long-time member of the Cobra and Pantera enthusiast communities. His collection of Ford muscle and sports cars, and an incredible number of car models and automobilia was always a pleasure to see.
His gorgeous red Tiger was badly damaged in an unfortunate mishap, but Bud couldn’t bear to restore it again, so he sold it to a good home. Fortunately Bud was able to see it restored to its original glory and win the Lord Rootes Trophy in 2016. Bud will be greatly missed.
