Let's file this in the Etc. category...

Just in case y'all missed this, those guys are taking the new body stamps and rebuilding a new mustang under the classic mustang bodies. Neat.

I recall old threads here and elsewhere wondering about "what if" for Tigers made today rather than back then...

Well... this is close to that concept.

So, I'll start...

"What if" we had new Tiger/Alpine panels and unibody structures, and/or even better, the original Sunbeam unibody structured out of new age material carbon/CRP?

Fun to think about...

Gee; then I could close the shops and us aging wonders could really retire (for the third try).

About 3-4 years ago Mustangs Plus in Stockton built a 68 Mustang fastback completely out of their catalog---body, engine, wheels, etc.... just to show that everything is available aftermarket. The only thing they could not add to the car was a legitimate vin tag. Car looks awesome. Maybe someone could start building Tiger bodies, hmmm, hey Warren and Lee, I got a new project for us. haha
