Hundreds of Fords and thousands of people will descend upon historic Hermann, Missouri for the Blue Oval Rally on Memorial Day weekend in 2015. Show off your Ford-powered machine on the streets of town, stay in a bed & breakfast, cruise around to the various wineries, hunt for antique treasures at the many shops – so much to do! Check back often as more details develop.

Claudia and I will be there.

The event was a great time! Except for...........

Not seeing this due to dew on my rear window I did not think I needed to wipe off before backing the car - :(

The Shelby behind my car had 850HP. Just before we did a cruise to a Vineyard. I did not get to play like I wanted as Claudia was along for the ride and was not comfortable with just 1/2 throttle.

Yep, sure did. Smacked hard by a AMC Javelin. This damage is much lighter. The chrome on the bumper was starting to look bad anyway.

Grundy has my rear.

Ouch

Duke

Sorry about the ding :( and congrats on the award :), although it is a bit of a "pyrrhic victory." The shipper dinged my car coming back from the Pinehurst show. Like you, no cost to me but it is a PITA to go get it repaired.

OBTW...it is May...put away that hardtop. With all due respect to those who like the look...your Tiger (and all Tigers) looks way too cool  when the top is down. No rear vision problems either.;)

All the Best with the repairs.

That should just polish right out...lol

To fix the damage correctly the bumper needs to come off and be stripped to base metal. Then the cross over fuel rail needs to come out in order to address the damage to the rear valence. Then metal work with just a smidgen
of filler/primer and then repaint. Refit the rear bumper and address fitting issues than a show quality rechrome . copper nickel chrome. Can't cost more than $4500 in your neck of the woods. I wonder what Grundy is really willing to cough up...keep us up dated
