Completely restored Sunbeam Tiger Front suspension all new parts: Lower A Arms rebuilt by Tom Hall with new Fulcrum Pins, urethane bushings and zirc fittings, Upper and Lower ball joints new w/zirc fittings (better than original)Rack & Pinion rebuilt by Ton Hall, Dale A's front Springs w/Mustang II spring pads, Edelbrock Shocks, 240Z brake pads, rebuilt calipers original girling calipers with new pistons and seals, braided steel brake lines, 7/8's sway bar with urethane bushings reinforced mounts, Cross member reinforced with welds in all the usual areas, shock towers reinforced, most parts powder coated, all new hardwear except the 4 bolts that mount the cross member to the frame rails, all new wheel Bearings. Aside form the obvious rarity of the item it has been restored correctly with no expense spared and a ton of my time was involved in the finished product. Some of the parts used are difficult to find, Dale's springs rare, fulcrum pins forget about it. The work I was not comfortable doing I had the best Tiger techs commissioned to execute. The front end has less than 200 miles on it, is spotless, so clean you could eat off of it. Best reasonable offer over $4,500.00 plus shipping and handling.

Here's what I did to ship my front end. I made it higher than was necessary, then enclosed it. Shipped it Central Freight at about $200 from New Mexico to Los Angeles. No complaints. Cliff

Cliff, thanks for sending me the info on the crate you built for shipment of your cross member. I will use that template/pic to craft a similar setup to ship my suspension, when and if I sell it.

Pallet

Note item is sold.

I'd wire strap it to a pallet using concrete rebar wire and old garden hoses for padding plus plumber's tape . I sent one to Canada border like that and wish I'd of kept it.
