You might try Dale @ Dale's Restoration he usually has some in stock. The only place I am aware of that has original fulcrum pins are these guys in the UK.

Doug Jennings has a machinist making the original design out of CrMo with a light heat treat. Doug's at (937)252-3317

I bought a set of Doug's ( lowers ) at a TU a few years back... they are beautiful!!

I didn't realize he was still supplying them.... IIRC, they were a good price too

I just got a set from Doug, they are very well made and come with the tapered washers.
