C.A.T. will be having its first meeting of the year on January 7 at the Rock-ola factory and museum. Premier manufacturer of nostalgic CD jukeboxes, the museum and factory are located at 2335 208th St., Torrance, CA 90501. You can check them out at their website - http://www.rock-ola.com.

We will be meeting at the museum along with the South Bay Mopar Club – fitting since many of us have the Chrysler pentastar on our right front fender. First we will join the Mopar folks at 8:30 a.m. for a breakfast. We are asked to pay $5.00 to help cover the cost of the breakfast. But wait! There’s more! The money goes into a 50/50 drawing to be held at 10:00 a.m., with the lucky winner getting 50% of the money. At the start of the Mopar meeting, someone from our club will educate them about the history of our great car. Then we will break away for our own meeting. It would be a good idea to bring a folding chair if you want someplace to sit during our meeting. At 10:00 a.m., we will join the Mopar folks for the 50/50 drawing, followed by our tour of the Rock-ola museum.

Please respond to this post and let us know how many will be in your party. Rock-ola has asked us to give them a rough headcount before the meeting.
