I was reading an article on this car in one of the UK classic mags a while back. Sad to see it damaged.

That said interesting how the driver immediately says it will need a new body... given the value of it I think the economics of straightening and repairing it will be viable.

Actually the roll cage probably kept most vital dimensions in check

About 10 years ago, Jessie James blew up a wheelie car at Irwindale. It was somebody else's car, but since James was a "star" the owner let him (James) drive it. He BLEW IT UP. Later that night James crashed his late model too. Why don't they just use the 1\8 mile drag strip, if its still there.

I was curious how they coupled the auto trans to the rear end and got my answer by stopping the video at 'mid-rollover'
It looks like a short driveshaft back to a v-drive at the back of the car and the another driveshaft forward to the 'flipped' rear axle... Cool!
