Guys
I have the tiger with dales new suspension system in the shop in Germany. They have come back asking for the ideal set up in Metric.

Camber: 1/2 degree negative
Caster: 5 degrees
Toe: 1/16" out
Rate of Camber: /1" of suspension travel 1 3/8" negative/1" of travel
Rate of bump steer: .080" for the first 1", decreasing thereafter

I have this from Dales website, dropped him a note, but waiting on answer. Any of you know set up in metric.

As an English man, I know we invented the imperial system many moons ago but we gave it up for the far more sensible metric system which I only studied as an engineer in the navy and in university. I can convert, but not an expert here and bow my head to you guys.

Can you help?

converting ...

Hi Sean!

Well, I am no expert, but since no one has commented yet, I will submit some information that may help.
All conversion tables & factors I have seen & used use the following conversion: 1 inch = 25.4 mm, or 1 inch = 2.54 cm.

“Camber: 1/2 degree negative”
Degrees are Degrees, of course.

“Caster: 5 degrees”
Degrees are Degrees.

“Toe: 1/16" out”
1/16" = 0.0625” = 1.5875 mm = 0.15875 cm.

“Rate of Camber: /1" of suspension travel 1 3/8" negative/1" of travel”
This may be a typo or misprint [?]
Perhaps should read: “1-3/8 Degrees negative for 1 inch of suspension travel”
Or “1-3/8 Degrees Negative for 2.54 cm or [25.4 mm] travel.”

“Rate of bump steer: .080" for the first 1", decreasing thereafter”
[0.080 inch = 2.032 mm] for the first [1 inch = 25.4 mm].

Perhaps others can comment / confirm / correct any of the above.

Best of luck with your ongoing project, it looks like you are doing a great job with details and upgrades. I am probably 1 year or so from getting mine back on the road.
