I know I actually have been using a 1" Bar on one car and have had the lower arm crack at the bracket slots. I have designed a new machined Billet aluminum bracket with nicer poly bushings, it is bolted through the lower arm and does not use the little slots.
The Addco 7/8" bars are out of stock until September, I called Addco to confirm and have one currently on backorder with Jegs. I have just rebuilt both of my Tiger's front ends including putting them on a Jig and having them gusseted. I was trying to get something set up for the second car.
