The left fuel tank with fuel sender unit that cam with my car has a unique sending unit. I have another left fuel tank with stock sender I was hoping someone may have information re. what this one is. Pictures attached
Assume I have an modified fuel tank, anyone recognize this type of fuel sender

Maybe, odd that someone put this in the tank, looks like there was some time/effort to do so. And .. as far as I know we have always been able to source the original fuel tank sender. FYI, the car has stock fuel gauge so .. a mystery to me re. why this is/was done. Good catch re. S.W. I did not think of that association.
