This is for track use, and figured I would also post it here. I did some preliminary drawings for some new shackles for my project.

Site Link with the most current will be at - http://www.gtsparkplugs.com/sunbeam_tiger_shackle.html

The image here may not be the most current, so use the above link to the site to get at it.

Found a nice place online that can do the water jet cutting of 1/4" steel plate and ends up being about 25 bucks or so per shackle. Very easy to use and upload.

The place is called 'Big Blue Saw' and URL is - https://www.bigbluesaw.com/

Had a good selection of material and easy quote and uploads. Much less cost the eMachineshop which always seems to be 2-3x more then other places.

Will posts some pics of the parts when I get them in a week or two.

Just need to Weld one up and see how it clears the frame rail.

The Big Blue Saw company did an excellent job and quick 3 days + shipping!

Well I'm about to ruin them by my bad welding. Will have to warm up on some scrap before they get the heat :)

Just posted a couple new pics of the finished part. I need to make the rest of them up so I can drill them for 1/2" leaf bolts. The page link is the same but pictures updated -

Here is fitment as well as a finished version...
