They previewed it saying it was coming up later and the next you saw of it, it was being packed up and taken home. It was bid to $80K which didn't meet the reserve, presumably by a lot because the estimate was 170 - 180K. Has Vintage Air A/C

I've seen other things done to Tigers and Alpines. There was an Alpine at the United in Indy back in the mid 80's that had 1959 Cadillac tail light fins grafted to the rear fenders. It's all about the way the owner wants the car if resale value is not a concern. Check this one out. This photo was taken at the United in Boyne City Michigan a few years back. It's a real Tiger. John had a continental tire kit similar to a mid 50's T Bird installed on his red Tiger. He had the red car at SUNI 1. If you want to see chrome I know of an owner from Napa that used a lot of chrome. I saw some of his cars when I picked up a car my wife bought from him. How about a chromed set of Sunbeam tools.
