The track is Buttonwillow. Dales' red racer is a right hand drive Tiger. Don Saueressig maybe?
BTW I have been asked, what is faster? an X car or a Y car. Sometimes the answer is clear but when it comes to road racing? Assuming equal drivers it depends on the track. For example at Willow Springs on the big track.. The Tiger would walk away. At Buttonwillow the sports racer with the little engine kept closing up in the esses and turns. On second thought even at Willow Springs the sports racer might have the edge in lap times with those long fast turns. 1, 2, 8 and 9 might give the sports racer enough of an edge to claim a faster lap. Drag race? advantage Tiger.
