Tiger door panel work since I have no window and had to move the door lever I decided to make some plastic door panels.
Made a paper pattern off the door as it didn't look like the ones I pulled from the car were going to be that accurate I figured I had better start fresh.
Got a roll of white art paper and got to taping and cutting to fit.
The plastic I purchased was from the Home Depot online and received free shipping which is about as much normally as the cost of the plastic. The material has one side smooth, the other has a texture pattern which will be nice as it will not show scratches and abrasions as bad. The material was some .060" (or so) ABS.
Used the Kett electric shears to cut the plastic. They worked really well and easy to cut. Need to get the pattern for the mounting holes for mounting marked next. Likely should have marked the paper pattern but who thinks that far ahead...
