Roller but bastardized with Pinto beans motor and Cortina rear end. Pretty good donor car or Alger or V-6 basis . Not a lot of rust mostly a little better than Model T guys idea of no rust not much in rockers. 
ugly yellow Early Sheib over 58 code originally OD Alpine. Rolls and motor turns over , titled and transferable today.
