Nope! They ( MKI & MK1A ) only came with narrow bolt pattern close ratios ...

The MKII came with a wide bolt pattern wide ratio trans...

The early Mustang had a 5 bolt with a wide band. Just bought one.

I have done the same. Swapped the wide ratio gears to a Tiger tranny, put the close ratio gears in the Mustang tranny with new synchros, and resold it for more than I paid for it.
