Found these 15” 4x108 panasport wheels located in East L.A. for $500. It looks like a pretty good deal for someone. I would be all over these if I could use them. Link below.

The offset is quite shallow , almost like a fwd wheel. Probably good for the front.

Seller also has 13" panasport 4x108 for sale too... Looks to be same offset for 450.
