My RX 7 was a fun car to drive The accleration coming in the mid rev band was awesome not to mention great for racing guys at street lights .They thought they had you until the power kicked in and then they were a spec in the rear view mirror . Did come with a downside -very very thirsty -Only car I have ever driven were I could actually see the fuel guage dropping
 
Looking forward to seeing your swap. I dropped a Miata motor & 5 speed into mine and cut down a RX7 rear axle for it. P.S I run a 5/8" rear swaybar and 7/8" up front and the car handles GREAT.
