Colin Hook

Sad to report that we've lost another long time Tiger owner and friend. Colin Hook passed away in July at 95 years young. He had dementia for about 3 years before passing from a stroke. He and Ann were married for 71 years. She is doing o.k. but misses him terribly. Their Tiger will remain in the family with their son, who lives close by in Santa Monica. The Hooks were very active in the club, holding numerous offices over the years. As Colin was still driving his Tiger well into his late 80's, he is my inspiration that I might still have several good years of Tigering left in me. Ann is still residing in their home in Culver City where they have spent the better part of the last 6 decades, surrounded by good neighbors. Please keep Ann in your thoughts and prayers. Kirk

Colin and Ann Hook were two of the very first members I met when I joined the club in 2004. Truly some of the nicest and welcoming people ever, always keeping me cracking up at club meetings, and their car always one of the nicest ever to come to a gathering.
