LAT 70 Seal Issues

I have a set of LAT 70s that had new tires mounted on them 8-10 years ago. The car wasn't finished, sat and all of the tires went flat. They have been inflated. Two of them hold air reasonably well and two lose quite a bit of pressure in about a week.

I know this isn't the best way to break in a new set of tires and have heard these wheels are notorious for not wanting to hold air. Any similar experiences or tips? I described the situation to a local tire shop and they said they could remount the tires using a bead sealer. Would that be the best route?

I have heard once the tires are off the rims, there is an epoxy that can be sprayed to help seal the rims from there porosity.

Is be very wary of your tyres... 8-10 years... What's the actual date code on the tyres? .. the rubber has likely hardened.... Was the car sitting on the wheels.. flat spots?

Thanks for the replies. Date code makes them just over 10 years old. There won't be any aggressive driving done on them. There are some modest flat spots on them but they seem to be going away with proper inflation and normal driving.
