Wanted Mark I Heater Control Valve brass Hose Barb

The heater control valve I bought off eBay years ago did not come with a brass barb. I have two brass barbs. I'm sure the short straight one is correct for a a Tiger (Figure A) . The other one, with the 60 degree bend (B), is off some other car. Is this correct? Hoping for help on this.

My MK I has the B style barb and that's the way I remember seeing them elsewhere too. I don't think I've seen the A style on a Tiger.

I agree with Ian but I can add that I picked some off of Alpine's with the B style.

MG versions use the "A" style. The "B" shows up in the earlier MK 1's . I happen to have a couple of the new improved (maybe) 780-411 that fit the later Tigers but have not tested them as yet.
