I'm searching for the parking brake assembly that goes across the rear end to the rear brakes.

There is a spring steel clip that holds the rod to one side at the rear wheel cylinder lever (illustrated as #301). This clip is made from unobtainium, and is often missing. a lot of them that I see have been drilled for a cotter pin which works just fine. The factory used a spring clip to try and stop rattles. The cable attaches to the other wheel cylinder lever using parts illustrated 256-260. I don;t have the spring steel clip, but I do have everything else...

Thanks for your response, I have the handbrake cable and rod. The mechanic said we need the rest of the assembly. I think it is what I need. How much? thanks again.

Any hardware store should have the common 1/4" spring washer (rattle stopper).

Well, in a populated area!!! I now have to travel 100 miles one way for fasteners as we no longer have any hardware stores.... and it's 5/16"... same size as the clevis pin. I just order them from Moss when I need them

Darn. The ones here are all 1/4" including the clevis. They must shrink from the cold in the barn!
