Pep Boys

Last Thursday I went to Pep Boys. The store looked like it was ready for a reset with empty shelves and temporary shelving. I asked the clerk what was happening. He said Advanced Auto had take over all Pep Boys retail locations. The service bays will still be Pep Boys. He added that on Monday May 17 all the remaining inventory would be 40% off. Also that on May 24th the store would be 70% off on whatever's left. I don't know how far Pep Boys extends beyond Southern California. If you have one nearby it may be time to stock up on sundry type items.

Hi Bryan, I guess it’s a right of passage to go from mini bike to Tiger. I bought this brand new in 1974 and it lead me to cars. Keystone Deluxe with a swing arm, 3 1/2 raw horses! I wonder how many Tiger owners had mini bikes?

I had a Cat which was foretelling. 3 1/2 H.P. too which seemed adequate at the time. Mine was a hardtail though.
