After getting most of the radiator sorted, needed to make some spacers to keep the radiator from rubbing on the sheet metal fins in the front of each side. Made some rubber spacers and found I needed them to be a bit thicker. So added a washer to each side. Decided it would be a mental challenge to try to get these on as 3 parts, so glued the assembly together.
Wired up and mounted the Derale temperature sender that sticks on the radiator with 3M VHB tape (really sticky), but felt a bit of high temp aluminum tape on top would keep things from popping off. Crimped on the Metripack connector so I can plug into the main harness back to the Derale fan controller (The jury is still out on this one).
Finally got it installed and realized I should have put the fan on FIRST. So put a stud in the fan pulley/water pump, and dropped the fan in and contorted to get it tightened. Mental note made, put fan on before radiator!
