There's an ass for every seat, but that perhaps, is the worst visual aspect of the car. This is the problem with setting values off of auction results. Too often it's drunken golf buddies spending stupid sums to outdo their brethren.

I seem to remember this car from Ebay or BAT... in any event, here's my prediction. The new owner will find out just how badly he's been fleeced, and the car will reappear shortly (say 6 months or so) at a much reduced price. There is just no way that the results reflect the actual value of this particular car... It sold for very nice Mk2 prices for a marginal representation of a restored Mk1a...
