Claudi and Buck in the home stretch
Got this from Claudia and Buck this morning:
Climbing out of Needles at 114 then crossing the Mojave at 116 caused us to
stop a bit for hydration. And a break inside air conditiontioning.
It's 106 now in Barstow where we grabbed a room and will run in tomorrow pre
dawn.
The testing on the 450 carb shows it to be a big winner at all altitudes.
Evans coolant is not the hot ticket. RainX is a life saver. (Literally) Love
the cruise control. And Hydro Flasks are mandatory. So are some extra
fuses.
By the time we get home we'll have logged 4700 Tiger miles in 12 days.
