Dart 427 CI small block Ford. Would be a bolt in just like the 347.

Hummmmmmmm......what would another 80 CI be like? Would need a monster carb, thats for sure. Sell the 347 short block and bolt everything on the 427.....piece of cake, do it on a weekend. Would require a divorce though :(

Deck height?

To get a full 4 inch stroke with reasonable rod length and angles this block must have a higher deck height like the 351 Windsor. Some of those have made it into Tigers but the wider spacing of the heads will make that tight clearance for exhaust headers go away all together.

Fun to think about. Too much power? or Just right!

I think i would prefer to have a WP alloy block 347W setup. You get the grunt and torque of the 347 stroker which fits nicely into the engine bay.. and you take a lot of weight out of the front which is going to help handling, braking and accelerating.
