distributor confusion

The 260 is going back in after 25 years under my bench and this time I do not want to bother with points, but want a new modern distributor. Yes I could install a Pertronix module in the old distributor, but perhaps a completely new unit is called for

I want the stock mechanical advance look of the old dual point, external coil, with old style plug wires
A rev limiter would be nice

Engine has stock 289 heads shaved .040, Crane Fireball cam, headers, F4B, and Holley 465.

Any recommendations?

If you want something 'brand new' with the stock look and electronic, Pertronix makes this one. I've had their 'billet' model in my car for over 9 years without a hiccup but doesn't look stock and the one below wasn't available at the time :(

I went with the one that Jim pictured. Works great. I have a modified alpine tach - make sure that if you have a stock tiger tach that it will still work as some may be different.
