Ford toploader shifter rebuild kit

Just out of curiosity has anyone rebuilt their Ford 4 speed shifter beyond the springs and cups. I need more of the internal components. Does someone even make a quality kit or is it even worth messing with? I am going to box it up and send it off to Bill Heeley unless you guys have a better solution.-Brad
