A C.A.T. tradition for decades, a Fix-In is an event for owners to gather cars and specialized tools, share expertise and sympathetic support to solve problems, improve performance and enhance reliability before Tigers United in June. Last held at the late Bud Williams’ shop, the fix-in will be generously hosted by Jere and Jackie Teepen at their home 11835 La Cima Dr., Whittier, CA 90604. Please RSVP to catigerevents@gmail.com
Important: If you have a particular project or repair in mind, to assure sufficient workspace, time, and support please submit a specific request to catigerevents@gmail.com by May 1. You will be notified if your project can be accommodated, based on time, complexity, and relevance to the Tiger Community. Preference will be given if there are multiple requests for similar projects. Relatively minor electrical, cooling and fuel systems diagnosis and repair should be OK, and “sidewalk supervisors” are welcome. Jacks and stands will be available but please bring necessary tools, parts and cleanup supplies. If you have a unique part, tool or procedure you would like to demonstrate please let us know.
