I'm in the process of rebuilding my MKI seats and over the years some of the inner guts have been lost. I found this excellent tutorial, which has been mentioned here on the TEAE site - https://www.teae.org/how-to-restore-your-seats/
I need the dimensions of the steel bars that thread through the canvas and to which the rubber straps attach. I can probably guesstimate and make some up but if someone happens to have one lying around and could pass on any info it would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a photo from the TEAE site with the parts in question arrowed. Someone would have had to gone through one of these seats to be familiar with this part. I figure they are probably about 1/16" x 3/8" steel and about 16" long
Thanks in advance
