Seat Recline Lever Plastic Cap

I contract the manufacture of replacement plastic caps for the seat recline lever for late model Alpines (Series 3 to 5) and Tigers. These are slip on caps like the original (PN 2225902). They are made from High Impact Polystyrene Resin. The replacement cap is loose on an uncoated (painted or powder coated) metal lever and must be glued in place. The fit to a metal lever that is coated (paint or powder coating) can be compression fit depending on the thickness of the coating. I own the mold for these caps and will produce them as long as interest last. Please see the attached pictures.

If you are interested in a mold over (molded over the metal lever) cap please contact me. I have a mold specifically for that application.

Does any one know if there is variation of these cap MK1, MK1a, MK2 or by series. I would like to borrow a original sample cap(s) (there will be no destructive investigation of the sample and I will return the cap) for production of a corresponding mold.
