Hello all!


A reminder to all Southern California C.A.T. Club members!

We still have club purchased tickets left!

Get ready for see a host of superchargers, wrinkle-walled slicks, christmas trees, and cars with parachutes!

This Saturday May 7th is our meeting and tour of the Lyons Automobilia Foundation and Museum located at

2790 E. Del Amo, Rancho Dominguez, CA 90221

This museum pays homage to the Lyons Dragstrip that existed from 1955 to 1972

The entrance is on Santa Fe Ave and follow the signage for the Lyons Museum.

The first 12 cars that come in will be parked on display in the front of the museum.

Gates open at 9am to park our Tigers and the museum will open its doors at 10am for us.

We will be holding our club meeting in the diner area about 11am.

Near I-405 and I-110 interchange. Entrance is on Santa Fe Ave.
Spaces reserved in front of museum for first 12 Tigers at 9:00 a.m. Doors open 10:00 am. Tickets are required and will be provided by C.A.T. at the event.
We will hold our monthly meeting after we've perused the museum about 11am.

The Lions Automobilia Foundation Museum is the Home of the Spirit of Lions Drag Strip featuring a replica of the
iconic starting line, staging lanes, and tower. Visitors will discover memorabilia and historic cars that raced at the legendary Lions dating back to 1955 thru the last drag race in 1972. The museum’s nearly 100,000 sq. ft. facility includes galleries featuring Southern California’s car culture and motorsports history as well as a restoration shop that has preserved many of the vehicles on display.
