should have brought substantially more
Not so sure.. Peak tiger was 2014...rare for a tiger to clear 150k these days.. Monterey 2014 and maybe 6 months after this car was us$220k.. Then in last 4 years.. 130-160k depending on luck.

While the collector car bubble expanded in the last few year's tiger values have softened overall

Auctions are always a crap shoot anyway. you have to hope that there are going to be enough interested parties to get the price up. But. you are correct... Tiger values have really softened

Not sure what this auction house gets for buyers fee, but with commission this Tiger went for about $145k…all in. Seems pretty close to market.
