Voltage stabilizer position under dash

What does the voltage stabilizer mount to? A photo of it's position would be ideal.

I know what it looks like. I just don't know where to mount it to ground.

On the RH side of the Left hand lower dash brace . There are mount holes and possibly a welded nut.
