For my video go to 'settings' then 'playback speed' and choose '1.5'.

Need to get a little bit of foam to go over the mic on the gopro to stop the wind from blasting out the sound.

I found a small bit of foam taped over the holes in the waterproof case does the job.. Just make sure the tape isnt over the mic and tape so it cant lift at speed ;-)
