Rigging / Hacking up the Bosch router to cut a circle in the Sunbeam Tiger's hood. Could have free handed it but that would likely require a lot of finish work. Here's my circle cutter hack.
Only a couple of issues, one was the only small router bit I had was pretty dull so slow going and had no spares. Second was I lifted the router and got a small gouge... not bad in any case. Clean up was really easy and much better then Corky The Router Guy doing it free handed!
