1967 Tiger 1A Project

A lot of work and time goes into a restoration before you can start assembly. The third photo shows where one Martel panel was used to replace a badly dented panel. These photos show the time involved after Tiger Auto had done body repairs such as replacing the rear fender, R & R of the front valance and other parts of the front of the car were made. Doug started metal work mid 2010.

Restoration of a Sunbeam with half of the body being metal and the rest is a fiberglass unit takes longer than a roadster body. This is my last project that started in 2011 and was finished in 2019. I have another Harrington, B9112251 that has the fiberglass unit separated from the Alpine body and I have a full set of replacement panels from Chris Lund. I have no idea how long it will take to restore.

Id the dark area on the bottom edge of the dash vinyl? Are you eliminating the padded roll?

The car is now in primer and white paint in the engine bay and interior.. Nov 2021 you had just painted it #86?
No it will be padded!
