Patiently awaiting its turn to be finished. Currently in primer, body work 90% complete, wearing the younger siblings hardtop. I have all the original parts but most of those parts will stay in storage and the car will be modified. Included are pictures as I found the car, when I trailered it home, and how it looks now sitting on my trailer.

At least you remember its birthday... and a birthday wish for 9470614 to be complete!

When you found it the car seemed to be sharing sunbeam company.. is that a Mark Alpine next to it?

Also what did you do with the Series I/II alpine hardtop?

I bought the car in 89. According to the owner, he bought it from the original owner who wrecked it in the 60's. Odometer shows 9xxx miles. The first owner tried to fix the front end but it was mostly filler. Originally black with red interior, short shifter, chrome air cleaner and traction masters, no other items of interest. I sold the hardtop to a local guy with a series 2 alpine. The guy I bought it from had a yard filled with fun. Two 50's Alpines, 67 Corvette 427/435 4 speed, XKE, Lambo Espada, early Alfas, an Osca and plenty of other things I have forgotten. That is why he let the Sunbeam go, he figured he would never get to it, plus since I drove up in another Tiger he figured it was an easy sale. I took it to Dale A. a dozen years ago with some alpine body parts and he did the body work. Now it waits.
