This rubber on a clip thingy at the top? I didn't take a pic installed with the original Furflex, which I just replaced a few weeks ago.

that's what I needed to see... I have the rubber end caps..The repros currently available are hard plastic, which is not correct.

Sunbeam Spares in the UK sells the caps made of rubber with barbs molded in to give some grip. That's better than hard plastic but still not as good as the originals. Last time I looked they were out of stock.

The caps I bought in the U.K. a few years ago are rubber.
