Re-Re-Installing the harness. Bolted in the bulkhead connector, and starting routing wires. Had to make some clamps that would hold the wires as it crosses over to the engine. Has some plastic pipe like clamps that with a quick drill job and some press in Zip Ties (Tie wraps) would do the job. All the wires are covered in high temp silicone / fiberglass sleeve to keep them heat and abrasion safe.
Main bulkhead connector has most of the wiring going though it. The exception is the high current circuits, Battery to starter, Alternator, Fan, and the MSD ignition to the coil (more for noise). The Battery and Alternator are fed via Radlok connectiors, the alternator one is in the middle of the photo below.
Plastic pipe clamps for wall mounting fit the brace perfectly, just needed a way to hold wires. I have an idea...
Had a package of automotive push in zip ties, I had to enlarge the hole a bit, but seems like it will hold!
Good to go!
Snaps on the bar just fine, and holds the wire bundle going from the chassis to the engine
Another angle of the harness crossing over.
Little different view, small Radlok high current at the top, and way down you can see the battery cable one with the mating connector on it (no cables yet...)
