Hot Wheels Alpine what's a conversion worth?

He posted thew whole build on the SAOCA website as he went through the process of widening the car, building it and finsihing it.. and also havig the motor expire.

What's it worth.. same in any scenario like that.. what someone is willing to pay for somethign unique.. it wont be worth very much unless there are 2 people who think its worth a lot (aside from the seller)

The workmanship was amazing... if he only used his powers for good! :p

didn't he crank the boost too high and destroyed the engine?
 
I saw a video awhile back and he raced a turbo Chevy, gave a good fight but lost. Sounded good and a nice looking Alpine.
 
Nitrous??

I often see hot rods at shows with engine compartments that beg for an OMG. Supercharger or Turbo plus an immaculately plumbed nitrous system. All giving a polished anodized and chromed impression of power potential.

I am not impressed as I suspect they are mostly posing and never unleash the juice into a blast to the redline with 10 inches of boost.

So I am surprised mostly that this Alpine has a video of it racing. Not surprised at all that it may have blown up?
