Getting the oiling system in order. Fitting the hoses up to the filter adapter, then to filter and the cooler.
Everything is tight, hoses are close to the steering, close to the sway bar and front end, etc. Had to cut out a bit of sheet metal near the upper oil cooler fitting on the passenger side to get it to fit.
Got it sorted as best I can with short hoses that are not crazy bends. Had to use some 90 degree fittings but no way around that.
All the -10 hose lines made, not much blood, thorough cleaning, and finally fire sleeve over them all. Need to drill and add a Rivnut for the double hose clamp on the X-member, will hit that up another day.

Looking upwards under the front clip. The rear of the fitting hits this area, so has to get the cut. Tight to get into the area, a combo of holes and mini cutoff did the job
The first line being strung out to the 90 fitting on the back of the oil cooler.
The OUT line from the engine goes to the cooler, getting a rough length to chop the hose. Will trim as needed.
Hose marked and ready for chopping. Using a large hose cutter. Does an OK job, not much crap left in the hose like using a saw or other dirty method
Oil filter downwards view. The hose from the OUT of the filter to the IN of the engine adapter
Tangle of hoses. All lines cut and mounted. The system here is plumbed OIL FILTER LAST. If the engine blows, toss the cooler, and anything in the hoses and cooler will be trapped by the filter (except one hose)
Using an adapter from Fragola fittings I flushed out all the assembled lines with high pressure (Pre house regulator) water. The adapter is nice, connects to a garden hose, then has a -10 (via supplied adapters)
Then into the sink. Used a small nylon bristle wire brush with soap to snake into the fitting and hose where the assembly oil will pick up some crap from the assembly. Lots of HOT water to flush
Had a roll of -14 fire sleeve to cover the lines. I like braided steel lines, but hate the look and that they could easily hack saw through the Tiger sheet metal
Under side of the front end. The hoses just snake under the roll bar. I have a -20 dual hose clamp/cushion that will keep things from moving about. Need to drop a Rivnut into the X-member to secure it all.
