Hello, I’m Mark from Germany and I was looking for a Tiger since a couple of years.
Last year I was happy to find a good car in England to restore, but the car is original from America.
The former owners were Mr. James Frank Grange and his wife Silvia Jean, from Tucson Arizona.
Does anybody know Frank or his wife, or some relatives, I cant't find a adress.

Obviously he was member of the C.A.T Club and he was very busy in the end of the 80 ties and beginning of the 90 ties, because I found a lot of “Tiger Tales” booklets which came with the car.
I would like to have more history details of the car, or even some pics of former years.
I’m happy about every tip.
Enclosed some pics of the Tiger, when I bought it.
Thanks
Mark

Hello Rick The last Tiger Tales was from 1994 (see picture).
The last invoice I found was from 2005, when Frank bought some new brake hoses.
You are right, the car is great, almost original (matching numbers) and complete and nearly rust free, it had only 4 holes, but the frame was ok.
Unfortunately the interior and everything which is made out of plastic has to be replaced, and it is really everything. Seems to be very hot in Arizona:).
The car has the original paint and I will not paint it new, because I love every bulge and every scratch, because they are telling stories which only Frank knows.

Thanks Mark

Sorry, but the old link above did not have a copy of the eBay ad or its pictures. We ask that anyone who posts a link also copy the pics and the interesting stuff. I tried to look in the Autotox Team Tiger email "old school email list," but the server is balking.

It is not unusual to have no info. I would suggest searching all the names on the Tiger Tales as they get handed about and don't always go with cars.

Maybe Arizona has a form like California with registration history. California form is called inf70 .

Actually a nice find. You may have contacted Markus already if you are in Munich. He is our Tiger guru and living in Inning am Ammersee...

Now you need to get a reproduction air cleaner and give it that old patina'd look to match the car. You have a great survivor car there.
