I have at least one 15T gear in Vancouver, and will be there in a week. It will take some time to get some made, but I will get on it
200 USD for a speedo gear is a bit much.........................................At that price it is better to buy a new Tiger GPS speedometer from Jim Gislason

Dont need a 3d scan .. Just accurate dimensions and the pitch of the teeth .. Can then 3d model it
Once you had modelled it you could print it in just about anything and then use that as your pattern to cast it it in whatever you wanted (like bronze) -The advantage of 3D modelling and casting is you easily can expand the pattern to account for any shrinkage losses in the casting process -Used often in the vintage car world by people smarter than me to reproduce unobtainable parts and works really well .

This project stalled due to a lack of time in the last couple of months... But I was working on a fake halibrand pin drive style spinner for some wheels.

I have a friend with a 4 axis HAAS CNC so we can have it milled.. or we could do one then cast them.
